Juvenile Training Returns Wednesday 13 September

Juvenile training resumes this coming Wednesday September 13th in Manor House at 5.30pm for those athletes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd class and at 6.30pm for those in 4th, 5th and 6th class. 1st year athletes will meet upstairs at 6.30pm where we will advise of training times/ days and venues etc. going forward. Clohisey Wins the Lakes 10k

Mick Clohisey kicked off the 2017/18 season in style winning the Lakes 10k in Blessington Co. Wicklow. Clohisey posted 30 minutes 50 seconds for a comfortable victory nearly four minutes clear of second place Wes O’Brien. Graham O’Dwyer won the St.Anne’s parkrun in a new personal best for parkrun clocking a comfortable 16 minutes 35 seconds. Dave Woods took fourth place in 18 minutes 38 seconds with Dean Keogh seventh in 19 minutes one second and Declan Robinson ninth in 19 minutes 10 seconds.
