Junior Women’s Silver Lining
The women’s junior cross country team have been confirmed as silver medallists from Sunday’s national cross country championship in Abbotstown. Niamh Corry led the team home in 20th place Ailish Murtagh took 22nd place with Lucy Barrett 51st and Aoibhinn McGoldrick 56th. Euro Call For Dooney, Strutt & Fay
Kevin Dooney, Eoin Strutt and Brian Fay have all received call-ups to Ireland’s European Cross Country team. All three were automatic selections for the European Cross Country, following their performances at yesterday’s National Cross Country championship, with the Euro cross taking place in Samorin, Slovakia on December 10th.
