Fogarty Fourth At European Games

Niamh Fogarty took fourth place in the discus on the opening day of the European Games in Silesia. Fogarty threw a season’s best of 51.24 metres for fourth place. Isreal’s Estel Valeanu won out with a best of 57.17 metres. Ireland are competing in division three of the European team championships, which makes it debut in the European Games.
