Kevin Dooney booked a place at this year’s IAAF World Half Marathon championship after posting a personal best in Barcelona. Dooney posted 64 minutes 57 seconds to finish in 24th place to smash his personal best by over one minute for the distance as Ethiopia’s Mule Wasihun set a new course record of 59:44.
