The 2017-18 Winter League is reaching its climax with just two rounds remaining.
Those races are about over two mile on Wednesday March 28th and Wednesday April 18.
The winter league is divided into five divisions, with athlete’s best eight races deciding the series.
The positions from each round are collated for each athlete with the lowest scores from the athlete’s best eight finishes, added together and resulting in the final standings.
In the premier division, four athletes have completed eight races at this stage of the tournament they are; Terry Keogh 24pts, Ken Shannon 36pts, Keith Comiskey 96pts* and Dave Feeney 101pts.
While Dave O’Hara has completed six rounds with Eric Champ, Patrick Santini and Michael King completing seven.
In the first division no one has completed eight races, however Caitriona Costello and Zoe Quinn have completed six rounds while Elaine McNulty and Ollie Power have completed seven.
In the second division Conor Cummins leads the way on 145pts, followed by Des Lyons on 173pts* and Conor Jennings on 182pts.
Caroline Roban has completed six rounds while Helen Carr and Maura Lynskey have completed seven rounds.
In division three Eimear O’Keefe has 236pts, Ger Fay 251 and Sinead Lyons 278pts with Eamonn Dunne lying fourth on 327pts.
Angela Charlton has completed six rounds and Denise Kelleher has completed seven.
In division four Dave Brady leads the way on 367pts followed by Aoibheann Dunne on 369 and Pam Darcy on 377pts. Valerie Hand on 382pts sits in fourth place with Bob Quinn on 393pts.
While Charlotte O’Donovan and Jennifer Lee have raced six times with Deirdre O’Dwyer, Maeve Dolan, Mary McGuirk and Mick Goodman racing seven times.
