The Hamill Estate Agent 10 mile Battle of Clontarf will take place on Easter Monday 10th April at 10 am in St Anne’s Park. We require at least another 70 marshals for this event to run smoothly. Zoe Quinn collected World masters gold on Wednesday in the W45 10km road race. Quinn posted 36 minutes and 46 seconds to take gold in a mixed road race. David Kirwin posted 33:09 in the same race to take fifth place in the M45 category. A very well done to both Zoe and David competing on the international stage.
Zoe Quinn and Annette Kealy grabbed medals at the World Masters championships in Tourn, Poland. Quinn took gold in the W45 8km cross-country. Quinn finished some 21-seconds ahead of Catherine O’Connor. Annette Kealy took her second medal of the championships landing silver in the W50 8km cross-country. Kealy finished behind gold medallist Carla Primo of Italy with Ireland’s Mari Johston taking bronze.
