The Peter Doody 3,000 metre classic takes place in ALSAA on the track this Tuesday evening at 7.30pm.
Peter was a loyal Raheny Shamrock member, having tragically passed away in 2003, and the club honours Peter’s memory with a three mile road race in August.
Peter spent some of his working life with Aer Lingus, and in his memory ALSAA also host a memorial race for Peter.
