Sunday May 28th saw the final round of the 2017 Dublin Summer track and field league, held in Tallaght today.
Four Raheny Shamrock athletes made the trip across the city.
Emmett O’Clerigh ran in the under 14 200 metres with Jason Dempsey performing well in both the under 11 javelin and 200 metres.
Emily Keogh and Sophie Mullaney both participated in the under 10 javelin and 200 metres.
All four athletes did Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club, their parents and coaches very proud.
Here’s hoping next year we need a bus to ferry our athletes to the Dublin juvenile track and field events!
