There were medals a plenty at the national masters championship on Saturday.
Zoe Quinn took gold in the W45 3000m in 10 minutes 38 seconds. Niall Power won the M45 3000m steeplechase in 12 minutes 59 seconds.
Ciaran O’Coigligh (M70) took silver in the 400m in 86.13 seconds and bronze in the 100m in 17.69 seconds. O’Coigligh was fourth in the 800m in 3 minutes 22 seconds.
Paul Curtayne (M50) took fifth place in the shot in 8.19m. Fourth in the high jump with a best of 1.40m and was eight in the 800m in 2:36.
While Gary Aylward (M60) was fifth in the 5000m in 20 minutes 31 seconds.
