The secretary of Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club Mr. William Walsh has given notice of an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held at 8pm on Monday December 12th in our Clubhouse.
The E.G.M. will consider a motion to convert the club to a Company Limited by Guarantee.
