Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club host the National Race Walk championship in St Anne’s Park this Sunday.
The national championship doubles as a World Athletics race walk tour bronze category race and includes World bronze medallist Sweden’s Perseus Karlstrom.
Athletes including Olympians Brendan Boyce, David Kenny and Kate Veale will take to the 2,000m looped course from 11am. The race course is located on the main avenue in St. Anne’s Park.
