On Monday evening December 12th an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club considered a motion to convert the club to a Company Limited by Guarantee.
This motion was passed by unanimous decision.
The club committee with the club’s legal representatives have now begun a body of work to complete the process.
An update will issued by the club’s committee in due course.
