Mick Clohisey took second place at the Sonia O’Sullivan 10 mile in Cobh posting 51 minutes 10 seconds.
Clohisey was just 23 seconds off race winner Jake O’Regan of St. John’s AC.
Also racing were Helen Carr 73:53, Angela Charlton 80:41 and Denise Kelleher 83:02.
Elsewhere, Robert Frewen posted 2:43.56 in the Milan marathon.
