Niamh Fogarty took discus seventh place at the Loughborough international posting 48.94 metres.
While, Eric Favors took shot put 11th place at the USATF throws fest. Favors best throw was a distance of 19.87 metres.
At the athletics Ireland May open meet in Templemore, Tara Meier posted 100m hurdles personal best of 14.45 seconds. While Angela Castell posted two personal bests, 12.58 seconds over 100 metres. In the 200 metres, Castell clocked a best of 25.60 seconds.
One result I have from the Leinster schools were Jason Dempsey took third place in the Intermediate 100 metres and fifth over 200m.
