The 2023-24 Winter league begins on Wednesday November 29. There are two rounds before Christmas with round one on November 29 over three miles. Brian Fay has been selected for the Irish senior men’s team for the 2023 European Cross Country Championship. Fay finished fifth at last weekend’s national senior cross country championship and impressed the selectors to make the Irish team for Brussels.
