Aisling Ahern was the first Raheny athlete home at AI Open cross country in Abbotstown today. Ahern took 25th place with Lucy Barrett 29th. Following the great response to our walk-in singlet sales on Saturday, we will now facilitate members further ahead of the Dublin marathon and Cross Country season. Buckley First Shamrock Home At Na Cosontoir
Niall Buckley was the first Raheny athlete home at the Na Cosontoir 10km in the Phoenix Park on Wednesday. Buckley clocked 40 minutes and 51 seconds. Buckley was followed by Dylan Evenden 43:41, Martin Kelly 43:55 and John Frier 50:14. The race was won by John O’Sullivan-Hourihan in 30 minutes 58.
