Eoin Strutt landed the men’s Dublin Novice for 2017 title while Niamh Corry led the women’s team home to Gold in the Phoenix Park. Feidhilm Kelly was the fastest in the Park runs for the day posting a swift 15 minutes 53 seconds to win in Listowel. Robert Frewen took second place in the Malahide park run posting 17 minutes 40 seconds with Paul Frewen sixth in 19 minutes nine seconds. Mulry Wins Cropy Boy Run 5K

Jenny Mulry won the 5K race at the 2017 Croppy Boy Run in Passage East Co.Waterford. The race was held in memory our beloved member Ronan Walsh who passed away in 2016. Mulry posted 20 minutes 21 seconds for victory just a second ahead of seconds placed Tom Enright. Helen Carr took eighth place in 23:38 and Nora Byrne posted 23:46. Mick Martin Elected Club Chairperson

Mick Martin was elected chairperson of Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club at the 2017 Annual General Meeting held on Thursday September 28. This is Mick third term as chairperson having last held the position in 1998/99. Paddy Noonan was returned as president for a second two year term.
