The track season is upon us as the first Graded meet was held in Santry on Wednesday. In the 100m Colm Bourke ran 11:35 while Liam Sheehan ran 12:20 and Emmet McGovern ran 12:34. University T&F Championships

There were some good performances and a club record set by Raheny athletes at the IUAA T&F championships in Santry. In far from ideal conditions, Colm Bourke won the long jump competition with a best of 6.95m. Aisling Drumgoole won silver in the 400m in 57:37. Senior men win Road Relays

There were a 3 gold medals won as Raheny hosted the National Road Relays for the 16th successive year. The first race was the masters women, as the O50 women of Bernie Manley, Orla Gormley and Helena Corcoran won the first gold of the day.
