It was two for two for Mullingar, as Martin Fagan won the 31st AXA Raheny 5 this afternoon. In good racing conditions, he clocked 23.36, 8 seconds ahead of local favourite Mick Clohisey, who was second in 23:44 with Raheny team mate Conor Dooney third in 24:11. Glohealth National Juvenies and U23 championships

Raheny were well represented in Athlone today at the Glohealth National Juvenies and U23 championships. Star of the day was Sean O’Driscoll (pictured), winning the junior 60m title in a blistering 6.90 seconds just 0.01 of a second off the current club record and 0.02 off national ájunior record.
