Wogan Fourth In Dublin Intermediate

Ronan Wogan was just outside the medal’s at the Dublin intermediate cross country held in a snow fallen Tymon Park. Wogan was just 11 seconds off bronze which went to Rathfarnham’s David Power. Portmarnock’s Graham Gilshinan took gold with Cathal McShane of Clonliffe taking silver. Team Silver And Bronze At National Novice

There was double medals collected at the national novice cross-country in Cork as the women’s team collected a very impressive silver and the men a solid bronze. Brian Fay Breaks Irish Indoor 5000m Record

Brian Fay has broken the Irish indoor 5,000m record in 13:16.77 at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener in Boston.
