Bronze Stone Leads Novice Men To Medals

Daniel Stone powered to national novice cross country bronze, leading the Raheny men to bronze. Stone continued his impressive season this time with a swift 6km to beat East Cork’s Paul Hartnett to bronze and was less than 100m off gold medallist Liam Harris of Togher. There was excellent running by Raheny Shamrock athlete’s at national uneven age championships held Gowran, Co. Kilkenny. Very good running in the girls under-13 race from Claire Aoife O’Leary, Maggie Foley, Ciara Woods, Sophie Kelly, Rebecca O’Rourke and Olivia Meikle.
