Covid-19 Guidelines Update

From midnight tonight Ireland will move to a new phase of covid-19 management. This phase will run until Monday October 22nd. We have reviewed the updated guidelines in-line with advice from Sport Ireland. From Monday the club will be following these updated guidelines. Men’s Team Take Third Castlegar Cross Country

The cross-country season kicked off to a September beginning with in Castlegar on Saturday afternoon as the Raheny men’s team took third place. Robert Frewen (18th), Tom McEnery (20th), Ian McConkey (21st) and Will Walsh (27th) gave the Shamrock’s 86 points and third place.
