Farrelly Wins In Moyne
As restrictions eased racing returned with a bang today as Michael Farrelly claimed 200m victory at the Moyne track meet. Farrelly posted 22.82 seconds for victory with a +1.1 wind. Conall O’Toole took second place in 23.77 seconds. Cillian Kirwan posted a commanding victory in the 1500m of three minutes 51.08 nearly 14 seconds clear of second placed Cian Kelly of St. Abbans. Fay sets new club steeplechase record
Brian Fay continued his excellent form in Hungary today setting a new personal best and club steeplechase record of eight minutes 29.76 seconds. Fay finished second in Magyar in the Hungarian grand prix, the race was won by Wilberforce Kones in 8:29.43.
