Simon Ryan lands Noonan Cup

Simon Ryan landed the 38th Joe Noonan Cup in some style on Sunday morning with a five second victory over Donal Foley. Ryan opened up the club’s festive season programme winning the second of the “three classics”. The remaining “classic” being the Christmas Day race down the avenue. There was no World record for Kieran Kelly and the Irish team at the Believe and Achieve meet in Athlone IT today.
