A number of Raheny athlete’s took part in the Dublin graded meet on Wednesday night in Morton Stadium. Freddy Situk continued his road running reign when he claimed the Kilcock 5K on Friday night posting 14 minutes 52 seconds. Freddy was some three seconds clear of Niall Shanahan in second place. Kim O’Hare and Conor Birmingham both landed silver at the junior and under-23 national championships on Saturday afternoon. Kim O’Hare took silver in the junior women’s triple jump with a best of 10.96 metres, the event was won by Waterford’s Emily O’Mahony with a best of 11.13 metres.
