Winter League Round Four On Wednesday
The 2024-25 Winter league continues this Wednesday January 15. The 10 race continues over two miles road race on January 15th. N.B. We will confirm a new date for the postponed round three shortly. Jumpers Steal Show At AAI Games
It was a day when the jumpers stole the show at the AAI Indoor games at the national indoor arena. Colm Bourke won the long jump with a best jump of 7.27 metres. From January 11 2025 all group bookings of the Gym must be made the via the booking form on rahenyshamrock.ie To use the Gym, you must be a fully paid member of Raheny Shamrock A.C.
