Our young Shamrock athletes are spread across many secondary schools in the area with many competing, albeit in different colours in Morton Stadium at the Leinster schools track and field.
It is a feat in itself to even qualify for this event as getting out of the North Leinster’s is a hard task. A task that many of our young athletes rise to.
We saw some amazing results across day one. In the middle distance events they’re were silver and three bronze medals along with some very notable finishes.
