Sophie Becker has been named on the Ireland 4x400m relay team for the World Indoor championship in Glasgow next month. Becker is part of the women’s 4x400m relay with Sharlene Mawdsley (Newport), Phil Healy (Bandon), Roisin Harrison (Emerald), Rachel McCann (North Down) and Lauren Cadden (Sligo). It was a shining silver lining as Raheny Shamrock athletes claimed four silver and one bronze at the national indoor championships.
