Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club are delighted to announce that efforts by the club members at the recent Christmas Day GOAL Mile in St Annes Park amounted to €10,056.12. This broke the previous best for the St Annes event organized and promoted annually by Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club by over €2,000. Niamh Kearney Fifth In Armagh International
Niamh Kearney took fifth place in the Armagh international 3k posting nine minutes 14 seconds. Alexandra Bell (England) won out in 9:02 with Cari Hughes (Wales) second in 9:03. Third place went to Cali Thackery in 9:12. Fourth place was Megan Davies in 9:13 with Kearney fifth a second behind. In the men’s international 5K, Kieran Kelly posted 14 minutes 14 seconds.
