Joined Raheny Shamrock in 2005 through St.Paul’s College after being recruited by PJ Noonan. Began as a 400 meter sprinter before focusing on the 60/100/200 meters. Career highlight – Irish National Senior 100 meter champion 2014. Current roles in Club – Sprints Coach,Men’s Captain, and Director of Performance
2026 Holland Cup Results
Paddy Conroy claimed the 2026 Holland Cup beating the handicapper on the race’s temporary course. Ruairi O’Sullivan took second place with Dave Feeney taking third place. Gun to tape results.
