Thanks to the club members who agreed to avail of a mobile Cardiac Screening Programme delivered by Advanced Medical Services (AMS). The testing will take place in the clubhouse on Saturday, October 4. The screening, which takes 20 minutes, can help identify people with risk of underlying cardiac abnormalities/heart disease. Comerford Wins In The Netherlands
Orla Comerford scored another big win on the international stage, this time at the FBK Games in the Netherlands. Comerford clocked a season’s best 11.96 seconds to win the Para Athletics Women’s 100m. The time was just 0.06 seconds off Comerford’s personal best.
